Alsco Uniforms in Chatswood, NSW is seeking a Service Desk Team Member to provide first-line IT support for employees across the organisation.
You will handle incidents via phone, email, and Teams, assist withonboarding/offboarding,and maintain accurate IT records.
The role requires at least 2 years in a Service Desk/Help Desk setting, strong Microsoft 365 and AD/Entra ID experience, and a customer-focused mindset.
Hybrid work flexibility and an option for WFH are available.
