Job Description
This is a fantastic Systems Administrator contract chance with a leading technology organisation based in central Sydney, Australia.
The Systems Administrator role is full time and on site in central Sydney.
It is an initial six-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
Candidates must be able to commute to central Sydney and must engage through an Australian umbrella company for compliance.
The Systems Administrator will deliver hands-on IT support, systems administration, security, compliance, networking and AV services across predominantly Windows (and some Mac environments) As Systems Administrator you will manage Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, office networks and a broad SaaS estate, while supporting senior users, improving automation and monitoring, and helping the IT leadership team deliver strategic projects.
Basic Networking and ideally Meraki) required as Sys Admin as is experience with most if not all of the following Jira, Zoom, Box, Slack,



NinjaOne, CrowdStrike.
The System Administrator must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key skills as Systems Administrator
Proven commercial tack record as a Systems Administrator
Azure, Entra ID, Group Policy, Intune and Microsoft 365
Windows & Mac
Networking, Devices printers, email and connectivity
Office networking, monitoring and troubleshooting
Experience with most if not all of the following Jira, Zoom, Box, Slack, NinjaOne, CrowdStrike
Desirable skills as Systems Administrator
Cybersecurity Frameworks eg NIST and cloud/SaaS compliance experience
Microsoft certifications
