Required Skills & Experience
Candidates with the ability to obtain andmaintain required police clearances.
Mandatory:Experience withSAP Enable Nowfor learning content development.
Experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale business transformation programs.
Solid instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and content development skills.
Highly Desirable:Experience withClipchamp,
Desirable: WalkMe Learning, or other digital learning and video authoring tools.
Desirable Knowledge of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management processes is highly regarded.
