The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a well‐established global organisation based in Scoresby to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator for a 14-month parental leave cover, with the potential for a permanent opportunity longer term.
This is a varied role combining sales support, customer service and administration, working closely with the National Sales Manager and broader commercial team.
You will play a key role in supporting commercial customers and the national sales team, managing enquiries, quotes, orders and day‐to‐day coordination.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and is confident juggling multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‐to‐day support to the National Sales Manager and wider sales team
Manage incoming enquiries from key commercial customers
Prepare and process quotes and purchase orders
Track quotes, orders and outstanding actions using Excel
Coordinate stock availability and customer requirements
Follow up deliveries and resolve order‐related issues
Liaise with Sales, Logistics, Technical Service and other internal teams




Maintain accurate customer and order information within CRM and internal systems
Provide general sales administration and coordination support as required
About You
Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Customer Service or Internal Sales
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience within a B2B, wholesale, distribution or product‐based environment highly regarded
Experience using CRM systems
SAP experience highly desirable
Confident using Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, resourceful and solutions‐focused
Confident managing multiple priorities and taking ownership of tasks
