Job Description
Alex Fraser is Australia's leading producer of sustainable construction materials and a forward-thinking asphalt production and paving company.
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Manager to lead our asphalt production team in Laverton, Victoria, reporting to the Production Manager and ensuring production schedules, quality standards, cost controls and safety procedures are met.
You will oversee day-to-day asphalt production and site operations, coach and develop high-performing teams,
