Job Description
Looking for a salon where you can do beautiful hair, earn well and actually enjoy coming to work?
Marli Rose Hairdressing is an established boutique salon in the heart of Erskineville, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Stylist to join our team.
We have a loyal and growing client base, a beautiful salon and a genuinely friendly team.
You don't need to bring a clientele with you — we're looking for the right stylist and we'll help you build a strong column at Marli Rose.
We're not looking for someone who just wants another salon job.
We'd love someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys looking after their clients and wants to be part of a salon where they can grow and be rewarded for doing well.
We'd love to meet someone who:
Is confident in both cutting and colour
Has strong consultation and client-care skills
Loves creating beautiful,

wearable hair
Is reliable, positive and enjoys being part of a team
Wants to keep learning and developing
Takes pride in building long-term relationships with clients
What you'll get at Marli Rose:
Above-award hourly rate
Generous commission structure on top of your wage
An established salon with clients ready to book
Ongoing education and training
A supportive team without the big-salon corporate feel
Flexibility around days and hours for the right person
The opportunity to grow into a higher-level position within the salon
A beautiful Erskineville location, moments from Newtown
We're open to part time or full-time for the right person.
