We are looking a motivated individual to join our established local compressor company.

This is a full time role based in our Paget Office. We are a Air compressor service and hire business operating in the greater Mackay region and servicing the Bowen Basin.
n
You will provide essential administrative and operational support across the business, helping to streamline processes and maintain the high standards that define our business. This role is integral to supporting our team and enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation across multiple systems
n
Processing correspondence, emails and general administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
n
Coordinating office logistics, including supplies, managing inventory and maintaining a productive work setting
n
Supporting the coordination of compressor servicing, projects and hire equipment.
n
Assist with reconciliation, xero,



invoicing, payroll, other office applications
n
Preparing service reports, quotes and documents as required by management
n
Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases and filing systems
n
Contributing to continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows
n
What were looking for

Self motivated and independent
n
Mining and Manufacturing industry experience valued
n
Strong attention to details
n
Maintain good relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
n
Previous administration experience advantageous
n
Familiarity with Mackay region and Bowen Basin mining operations
n
Good multitasker
n
