About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, qualified and enthusiastic
Horticulturist
to join our team. This role involves working across a range of established private gardens, contributing hands‐on to their ongoing care, improvement, and presentation.
You will be part of a supportive, tight‐knit team where your knowledge and initiative will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and enhancing private residential gardens to a high standard
Plant identification, care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance
Soil preparation, mulching, fertilising, and irrigation management
Assisting with planting design and garden improvements
Lawn care, including mowing, edging, and turf health
Monitoring plant health and identifying pests/diseases
Safe and effective use of gardening tools and equipment
Working collaboratively with team members and independently when required
About You
Formal qualification in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens (cert III or above)
Extensive practical experience in high-end horticultural garden maintenance
Solid plant knowledge/identification and a genuine passion for horticulture
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
Valid driver's licence & own transport
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
