Job Description
Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead a 20+ strong team in a high-volume retail setting in Sydney.
You will drive service, operations and stock control, while reporting to Operations Manager and Complex Manager.
You'll train staff, uphold safety and ensure the widest range and best prices are showcased.
Responsibilities include rostering, performance conversations, and ensuring excellent customer experience across weekends and public holidays.
