YOMG Mordialloc is now seeking Full Time Front of House Supervisors!
n
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Availability to work 38 hours per week across a five-day roster.
n
Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends as required.
n
Experience in managing a front of house customer service team.
n
To be a leader, who can maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience.
n
A hands-on, self-motivated and solutions-focused approach.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
n
A willingness to learn, develop and uphold YOMG's standards.
