Business Development Manager - Pubs, Clubs & Hospitality Commercial Furniture

My client is a leading commercial furniture manufacturer and supplier to the hospitality industry, who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join their Brisbane team.
n
This exciting prospect involves managing a portfolio of clients within the Sydney area, including Pubs, Clubs and Function Centres.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Build and maintain relationships with General Managers, Operation Managers, Architects, Specifiers, and Project Managers
n
Generate new leads, provide quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales
n
Coordinate installation and provide after-sales support
n
Work with the existing Account Manager to maintain and develop existing contacts in the industry
n
Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance targets
n
Coordinate projects with production and operational teams
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Current exposure in a sales or business development role,



selling into the Club Industry or Hospitality sector
n
Previous experience in commercial furniture sales preferred - will look at other products to include flooring, bottle/glasses or anything else sold into the Club Industry
n
Existing relationships and contacts within the industry are highly valued
n
Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to sales
n
Energetic, positive attitude towards sales and growth
n
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and specification
n
Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets
n
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
n
Must be able to travel within the designated territory
n
n
$90,000 to $120,000 + Super + Company Car
n
