This entry-level position is designed for someone who is recent to the industry and eager to learn, develop their skills and gain practical experience within a supportive, high-performing environment.

The primary focus of the role will be lead generation—connecting with people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You will receive structured training, coaching and hands-on experience to help you understand the complete real estate sales process.

About the Role

Undertake daily lead-generation and prospecting activities
n
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers and property owners
n
Build relationships with people in the Lithgow community
n
Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities
n
Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the database
n
Assist with buyer enquiries, open homes and property inspections
n
Support the sales team with campaigns and day-to-day activities
n
Learn the complete sales process, from prospecting through to settlement
n
Participate in structured Sales Academy training and coaching
n
Represent the McGrath brand professionally in every interaction
n

About You
