Key responsibilities

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will analyse business needs, improve processes, and help design solutions that enhance the way we work and deliver services.

Equipped with your expertise, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, document business processes, and provide expert advice on solution options, risks and impacts.
n
Partnering with operational teams, digital specialists and external vendors, you will ensure solutions are practical, user-focused and aligned to organisational goals.

What you need

you'll play a vital role in supporting WIC to help injured workers and employers overcome some of the most challenging times of their lives.
n
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (government preferred).
n
Expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis (BPMN 2.0), business rules definition and BA documentation.
