As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop and test applications that support our core platform and digital capabilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement across our technology landscape.

What you'll be doing n
n
Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
n
Analyse and resolve technical and application issues
n
Contribute to system design and development planning
n
Deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards
n
Develop and maintain technical documentation
n
Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities
n




Support secure and reliable software development practices
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and technology initiatives
n
What you bring n
You don't need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Software Engineer
n
Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) and web technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript)
n
Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server
n
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g. Git)
n
Experience with automated testing and Agile delivery environments
n
Understanding of software design principles and distributed systems
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team
n
Nice to have n
n
Experience with Vue.js, Docker or cloud-based services (e.g. GCP)
n
Exposure to NoSQL databases
