We are seeking motivated and customer-focusedRetail Sales Assistantsto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about headwear /sports and retail along with delivering exceptional customer service in the following stores located in Recent South Wales.

You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store presentation standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
n
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
n
Process transactions accurately through POS systems
n




Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
n
Support the Store Manager and team in daily operations
n
Other ad hoc duties
n

About You

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
n
Flexible availability, including weekends and late-night trading
n
