About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the Maroochydore store, leading a team of six casual team members and driving performance against monthly sales targets. Working Tuesday to Saturday, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, team development, visual merchandising and customer experience while bringing a genuine personal connection to the brand. The role offers $68,000 + super, with a 1% monthly sales bonus when targets are achieved.
