We are an independent, Australian owned and operated Fire Protection Company established in ****, with extensive history and experience in the industry. We supply, install and maintain a large range of fire protection services across a diverse range of properties, markets and industries.

About the Position

As a service coordinator, you will be working independently & with an experienced team to facilitate the delivery of service and maintenance of fire equipment & services.
n
The right person will receive training and support to grow in this role & further their career in the fire protection industry.

Duties

Scheduling & allocation of works
n
Processing of technicians reports & defects
n
Quotations




n
Client Relations
n
Related Administration Tasks
n
n
The ideal candidate would have:
n
n
2+ years experience in a similar role
n
Fire Industry Knowledge
n
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Valuable communication and time management skills
n
Experience with Uptick or similar industry based platform
n
n
