As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop — booking in vehicles, scoping work with technicians, communicating clearly on repairs and costs, and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
Key responsibilities
Greet customers and manage the service booking and check-in process
Accurately scope jobs and liaise with technicians on diagnosis and repair requirements
Provide clear, transparent communication on pricing, timelines, and additional work required
Upsell relevant services and products where appropriate
Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system
Work closely with the Service Manager and wider team to hit retention and productivity targets
About you




Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience highly regarded)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with dealership management systems (e.g. Xtime, CDK, or similar)
Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities at once
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Current driver's licence
Supportive, experienced team environment
Ongoing training and development
