Job Description
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of Plus Fitness Lisarow, including membership growth, team leadership, member retention, club operations, compliance, marketing and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can lead from the front, develop a high-performing team and consistently deliver against agreed business KPIs.

Key responsibilities
n
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach and develop staff, manage rostering and performance, and maintain accountability against agreed KPIs.
n
Sales & Membership Growth: Drive new membership sales, lead generation, follow-ups, conversions and member retention.
n
Club Operations & Compliance: Manage daily operations, club presentation, WHS/OH&S; requirements, maintenance, incident procedures and AED compliance.
n
Personal Training: Recruit and onboard qualified Personal Trainers, manage PT agreements and support PT performance.
n
Marketing & Engagement: Deliver agreed KPIs for social media content, paid advertising content, in-club promotions, events, member challenges and local community engagement.

Financial Management: Manage club budgets, expenses, supplier and contractor relationships, contracts and invoicing.
n
Performance Management: Monitor sales, membership, retention, marketing, operational and financial KPIs and report performance to ownership.

About you
n
Certificate III & IV in Fitness
n
Previous fitness club management or relevant leadership experience
n




Strong sales and customer service experience
n
Experience leading, coaching and managing a team
n
Strong understanding of sales targets and KPI management
n
Knowledge of WHS/OH&S;, emergency procedures and AED compliance
n
Experience with budget management, contracts and invoicing
n
Experience with social media, promotions and local area marketing
n
Strong organisational and communication skills
n
Commercial awareness and the ability to understand club performance
