Job Description
We design and manufacture custom commercial signage — 3D letters, illuminated work, wayfinding, shopfronts, and production vinyl.
n We need a senior maker who can work along side the team. This is custom work for builders, strata, and commercial clients..

Key responsibilities
n
Produce vinyl, digital print, 3D letters/panels, and assembled signage to a high finish
n
Set quality standards and check work before it leaves
n
Cultural Mentor an intermediate and a junior
n
Work from production files (Illustrator / PDF / RIP) and flag problems early
n
Carry out occasional on-site installs (only when required)
n
About you
n
5+ years in a real sign shop
n
Strong weeding, application, assembly, and finishing
n
Comfort with 3D letters, substrates (ACM, acrylic, foam, timber), and basic fabrication
n
White card and licence required for in office installs
n
CNC / router, Laser Cutting or HP Print experience is a plus
n
Tools, pride, and the ability to keep a workshop moving
