Are you a motivated individual eager to kickstart your career in office administration? We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has worked within the Early Childhood sector, to join our team in a dynamic role that combines administration, enrolment coordination and support scaffolding a positive education journey for our Little People. This position gives you the chance to shape how we connect with families, support enrolments and enhance the daily operations of the service.

This position is: Monday-Friday between 8:30am-5:00pm. Location: Springfield. The successful applicant should possess the following skills and attributes:
n

Experience in admin within the Early Childhood sector
n
Knowledge of NQF, legislation and (ideally) QLD Kindy Funding
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence with new systems
n
Strong administrative capability with exceptional attention to detail
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong interpersonal skills - active listening and professional compassion
n
Ability to adapt to diverse personalities, families and support scenarios
n
Consistent "can-do" work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
n
Calm, positive and solutions-focused - even under pressure
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues early
n
A valid Blue Card
