Administration Assistant | Health Program
5 month temporary contract
$40 per hour + super

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading national health organisation, supporting the delivery of an important government funded health program.
The role:
Processing and coordinating applications through various stages
Checking applications and documentation for completeness
Following up missing information with applicants and stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records, databases and tracking systems
Responding to phone and email enquiries
Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, clinics and external providers
Monitoring outstanding actions and ensuring applications continue progressing
Preparing and maintaining reports and program trackers
Handling sensitive and confidential information




Escalating complex or clinical matters to the appropriate team member
The role requires someone who can confidently manage detailed administrative processes while providing a professional and empathetic experience to the people accessing the program.
About you:
Strong administration and coordination experience in a NFP or health environment
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Confidence managing databases, records and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A skilled and empathetic approach to stakeholder enquiries
The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow structured processes
Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
