Roof Masters East Coast Australia is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to join our team at our Belmont office.
n
The Role
n
This is a warm-lead sales position - absolutely no cold calling.
n
You will be responsible for managing potential customers from the initial enquiry through to closing the sale.
n
Your role will include:
n
Contacting new leads and setting appointments for our roofing assessors
n
Following up with customers after our assessor has attended site
n
Discussing the customer's scope of works and quote
n
Answering questions and handling customer objections
n
Negotiating with potential customers
n
Confidently closing sales over the phone
n
Following up outstanding quotes and opportunities
n
Maintaining regular contact with potential customers throughout the sales process
n
Working closely with our roofing assessors to maximise every opportunity
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Is highly confident speaking with customers over the phone
n
Has solid negotiation and closing skills
n
Knows how to overcome objections and ask for the sale
n
Is motivated by targets and commission
n
Has excellent communication and follow-up skills
n




Is highly organised, reliable and results-driven, with strong administrative skills
n
Is comfortable managing administrative tasks and keeping accurate records
n
Can quickly learn and keep up with new systems, software and processes
n
Can work independently and take ownership of their sales pipeline
n
Experience in roofing, construction, home improvement or a similar industry is an advantage
n
There is no cold calling involved.
n
You'll be speaking with customers who have already made an enquiry or expressed interest in our roofing services.
n
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm
n
Salary & Benefits
n
$80,000 base salary to start
n
$5,000 salary increase every six months for the first two years, based on performance and progression
n
High commission structure
n
Expected total earnings well over $120,000+ p.a. for a successful salesperson
n
12% superannuation
n
4 weeks paid annual leave

Monday–Friday working hours
