Job Description
Excellent Southern Hotel Melbourne is seeking experienced Duty Manager to join our Front Office team, with both Full-Time and Casual positions available.
The role covers afternoon and evening operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, guest satisfaction and operational excellence while supporting and developing the Front Office team.
Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager role, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a calm, decisive manner.
