THE CLIENT
Our client is a highly regarded residential real estate agency with a robust market presence across Liverpool & Fairfield & Macarthur.
They are experiencing rapid growth, both organically and through the acquisition of smaller rent rolls.
The Directors bring over 20 years of hands‐on industry experience and a deep understanding of the local market.
They are now seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the continued expansion of their property management rent roll.
Traditionally, the agency gaining an additional ***** organically, they would like to keep this momentum going.
There is progression into a Sales Agent after 1-2 years.
THE DAY TO DAY
There is a consistent flow of leads from the Directors & Sales team, This role focuses on converting these inbound leads into management agreements at competitive rates (not all business is good business).
Reporting to the Director, you will attend appraisal pitches prepare market reports, prepare management agreements, and oversee seamless onboarding into the property management team.
While there is an expectation to bring in your own business,



this is not a heavy prospecting role; success is driven by reputation, relationships, and service delivery.
You will work Monday to Friday, with Saturdays by appointment only, offering a genuine work-life balance in a high-performance environment.
The directors value an autonomous approach, and allow you to work freely without being micromanaged.
