Job Description
My Pharmacy Yass is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis at our location in Yass, NSW ****.
As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the secure and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert advice to customers, and contributing to the overall healthcare of our community.
What you'll be doing
Accurately dispense and label prescription medications, ensuring patient safety and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication reviews, counselling patients on the proper use of their medications, and identifying and resolving any potential drug-related problems
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure the proper storage and handling of all pharmaceutical products
Contribute to the overall operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, stock ordering, and the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
Demonstrated experience in a community pharmacy setting,



with a minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
