We are seeking for an experiencedStructural Site Supervisorto join our dynamic construction teams in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast.
This role involves overseeing all structural elements of construction sites, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on progress, risks, and issues.
Collaborate closely with site project manager, site supervisors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce strict workplace health and safety protocols.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays and maintain project quality.
Requirements:




Proven experience as a Structural Site Supervisor in large-scale residential construction projects.
Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Current construction safety certifications (e.g., White Card, Site Safety Supervisor).
Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields preferred.
