Based out of our vibrant Coburg and Sunbury hub, you will service a rewarding, diverse caseload across Melbourne's Northern or Western suburbs.
You will provide high-quality assessment and intervention across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults) across a varied funding mix, including National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Medicare, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), and Aged Care.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, literacy, and swallowing assessments
Develop and deliver individualized, person-centered therapy plans aligned with client goals across NDIS, TAC, Aged Care, and Medicare frameworks
Prescribe and implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems where appropriate
Deliver evidence-based interventions for conditions including autism, developmental delays, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and complex neurological needs
Write clear, high-quality, and timely clinical reports, progress updates, and funding reviews
Collaborate deeply with families, carers, educators, and the broader allied health team to ensure holistic care
About you
A Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Certified Practising membership
Experience (or a strong, demonstrated interest) working across NDIS, Medicare, or complex trauma/rehabilitation frameworks




An absolute passion for clinical excellence and a desire to contribute to a collaborative learning environment
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
A valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for community visits
Competitive Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
