Our Engineering division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses.
The Role
We are currently seeking qualified Boilermakers to join our Engineering team based in Oberon NSW.
The role is a permanent full-time position.
The successful applicant will have:
Completed their qualification and be competent in all aspects of their trade
A minimum of two years' experience in Structural Steel Fabrication
Ability to interpret detail shop drawings and specifications.
Support and supervise apprentices to ensure appropriate training is received
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality of finished works
Experience working in a busy hands‐on environment
Enthusiasm and the ability to multi‐task
Great communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels




Maintain housekeeping standards, tools and equipment
The following will be considered an advantage, but not essential for this position:
Basic dogging or rigging certification
Hold EWP and Working at Heights certification
Experience operating overhead cranes

This is a full-time permanent position within our Engineering team.

Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount.
