We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to assist a 26-year-old man living in a shared home environment.
He enjoys movies, chatting about celebrities, taking long walks, and is keen to build friendships and explore suitable work opportunities for a few hours each week.
He is still discovering himself as an adult, and your role will be to support him in a protected, respectful, and encouraging way.
Key responsibilities
Assist and support a 26-year-old man in a shared home environment
Support him in building friendships and exploring work opportunities
