Job Description
Life Without Barriers is expanding the Staying on Track program with 4 permanent full time Youth Advocate roles located at Logan and the Gold Coast.
You will mentor young people aged ***** transitioning from detention, building trust and presenting positive role-modelling within communities.
Youth Advocates provide outreach, develop Individual Support Plans, and collaborate with families and agencies to reduce re-offending and improve education, training and employment outcomes.
