Troys Hospitality is seeking an experienced and highly organisedCorporate Hospitality & Rostering Coordinatorto join the hospitality team at a prestigious corporate site.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys delivering high-level service but is looking formore structure, consistent hours, and a better work-life balance.
WorkingMonday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, you'll be part of a skilled corporate environment supporting boardroom meetings, corporate functions, and events for internal and external guests.
The role combinespremium hospitality service, staff coordination, rostering, administration, and day-to-day operational support, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step beyond traditional restaurant service.

The Role
You'll play an important role in keeping the hospitality operation running smoothly while providing a polished, high-end service to corporate guests at a luxurious site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating staff rosters and ensuring appropriate coverage
Communicating with team members regarding shifts, availability, and roster changes
Assisting with the set-up and service of boardroom meetings, functions, and corporate events
Providing professional food and beverage service to internal and external guests




Supporting the coordination of day-to-day hospitality operations
Providing general administration and operational support
Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and external guests
Receiving deliveries and managing incoming stock
Checking, organising, and appropriately storing stock
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control.
Maintaining highly organised storage, service and workplace areas
Supporting the wider hospitality team as required
About You
We're looking for a hospitality professional who is confident, polished and ready to step into a more structured working environment.
You'll ideally have:
Previoushospitality and customer service experience
Experience inboardroom, corporate, hotel or high-end hospitalityis highly regarded
Barista experience is highly regarded
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confidence coordinating staff and communicating roster requirements
A professional, polished and approachable presentation
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy environment
Confidence using Microsoft Office and standard administration systems
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
A genuine interest in delivering a high standard of hospitality
