We are currently seeking reliable and motivatedFactory/Machine Operatorswith aforklift licenceto join a well-established manufacturing operation inCrestmead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking forlong-term stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to develop their skills within a manufacturing environment.
The Role
Working as part of a close-knit factory team, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of manufacturing machinery and ensuring products are produced to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Set up, operate and break down machinery in accordance with procedures
Operate multiple machines across the production process
Manufacture and produce cable products efficiently and accurately
Pack finished products in preparation for quality assurance testing
Complete regular quality checks and maintain a strong eye for detail
Follow all OH&S; and workplace safety procedures




Maintain a clean and organised production area
Work collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team
Learn new machinery and processes with training provided
4-Day Rotating Roster
This role operates on a38-hour, 4-day working week, withFridays off every week.
The roster rotates between day and afternoon/night shifts on a weekly basis.
Meal breaks are additional to the above hours.
About You
PreviousMachine Operator experience within a manufacturing environment
A mechanically minded approach and willingness to learn
Ability to operate multiple machines
Excellent attention to detail
Good understanding of OH&S; and workplace safety
Ability to consistently handle 20kg+
Forklift licence – ESSENTIAL
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Ability to work rotating day and afternoon/night shifts
Experience incable manufacturing will be highly regarded
