The role leads the review and analysis of the organisation's business requirements, intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.
Key responsibilities
The Business Analyst works as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition, development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement.
Analyse business objectives, processes, and service needs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, using effective communication and negotiation skills to support informed decision-making and service improvements.
Contribute to project delivery through requirement gathering, implementation planning, change management, user acceptance testing, and training activities.
