About the role
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centered support to NDIS and Aged Care clients in the Ulladullah, St Georges Basin to Nowra Shoalhaven Heads areas.
We are seeking a support worker who will build solid rapport and bring consistency.
You'll provide disability and social support; helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.
Key responsibilities
Provide high quality and timely care support to the client as directed by Home Caring, and in accordance with their care plan
Safely transport the client using your own vehicle
Support client in getting out for social engagement, activities and in attending appointments
Provide personal care and daily living (domestic) assistance
Assistance with household tasks (may include cleaning, meal preparation)
Document service activities that support service outcomes




Support participant in achieving individual NDIS goals
Maintain accurate documentation (including reporting) and shift notes
About you
Professional experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors.
Minimum 1 year experience and Cert 3 as a minimum requirement
Excellent communication skills, commitment to a person-centred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
Demonstrated experience providing compassionate, person-centred support to individuals living with dementia
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid certificate and current CPR certificate
Current Drivers Licence and access to a reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
The right to work in Australia
Availability for minimum of 12 hours per week
