Mobile/community caseload with admin and reports from home
Fully versatile scheduling - set your own hours, days, and appointments providing KPIs are met!
Weekly specialist supervision + fortnightly face‐to‐face catch ups with the team
Above market salary up to $120k + unlimited paid external PD + fortnightly bonuses for overachieving on KPIs
Supportive & structured onboarding with up to 3‐month ramp up to full KPI expectation
Protected weekly admin time

What about the Role?
Varied mixed caseload across:
Nonverbal clients
Avoidant/restrictiveintake disorders
AAC prescription & implementation
Chewing & swallowing
Picky eaters; desensitisation to foods and textures
Neurological conditions
Lower than average KPIs; 5 billables per day with 30 mins of travel time per client counting towards your KPI
Admin all covered by a dedicated team of 5, with booking left up to you so you can schedule clients around your personal commitments
Fully mobile role serving clients within 30 mins of home
