Fitrme has grown beyond a traditional fitness studio into an integrated health, performance and inclusive movement environment.
AcrossFitrme, Fitrme Health, Fitrme Performance and Unlocking My Ability, we work with everyday adults, young people, athletes, sporting clubs, families and people living with disability.
Our services include strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, athlete development, performance testing, youth programs, inclusive exercise and community-based health initiatives.
