You will become the right-hand person to the business owner, helping organise his day, manage priorities, keep projects moving and make sure that ideas actually turn into actions.
One hour you may be managing emails and appointments, the next helping coordinate a construction project, updating social media, researching a current AI platform or following up suppliers for a new business venture.
This is not a traditional administration job.
Key responsibilities
Managing emails, appointments, reminders and day-to-day priorities
Following up actions, suppliers, contractors and business contacts
Helping coordinate projects across construction, technology and new business ventures
Keeping task lists, schedules and projects organised
Researching information and preparing simple summaries for decision-making
Using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other emerging platforms to improve productivity
Helping implement AI systems and automations across the businesses
Updating Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
Assisting with basic marketing campaigns, content and communications
Preparing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
About you
Highly organised and naturally good at multitasking
Confident communicating with different types of people
Comfortable working directly with a fast-moving business owner
Digitally capable and interested in technology
Curious about AI and keen to learn new platforms quickly
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels
Able to write clearly and professionally
Competent with email, spreadsheets and general office software
Proactive rather than waiting to be told every next step
Able to work independently and use common sense
