TRADE ADMINISTRATION & ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR

This is a hands-on role for someone who takesinitiative, is comfortable working independently and enjoys keeping a busy trades business organised and running smoothly.
You'll be an all-rounder who takes ownership of the administration and accounts side of the business, while helping build good systems and processes as the company continues to grow.
Key responsibilities
Xero – essential:managing invoicing, supplier bills, payments, reconciliations and general accounts administration
Tradify:creating and managing jobs, scheduling, updating job information and keeping jobs moving
Preparing and sending customer invoices
Processing and paying supplier invoices
Following up outstanding customer accounts
Entering and reconciling transactions
Preparing and sending quotes
Assisting with job costing and checking labour and material costs
Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
Checking technician timesheets and job information
Organising vehicle registrations, servicing, repairs and maintenance
Creating and maintainingSOPs and office procedures
General office administration and supporting the team as required
About you
Must have previous hands-on experience using Xero
Ideally has experience withTradify or similar trade/service management software
Confident with invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Highly organised and takesinitiative
Valuable computer and administration skills
Confident communicating with customers,



suppliers and tradespeople
Current driver's licence
Able to providerecent employment references
Previous experience in anelectrical, air conditioning, construction or trades businesswould be highly regarded.
