About The Role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Queensland, the Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for sourcing, originating and progressing new large-scale residential land and Land Lease Community opportunities across Queensland. A key focus will be proactively identifying direct and off-market opportunities through established relationships with landowners, developers, agents, advisers and other key market participants.

This is a hands-on and autonomous position covering the full acquisition lifecycle,



from prospect sourcing and initial assessment through feasibility, due diligence, negotiation, transaction completion and handover to the development team.

Experience/Requirements:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning or a related field.
n
Demonstrated experience in property acquisitions, residential development or a related property environment.
n
Strong experience across feasibility, due diligence, financial analysis and transaction execution.
n
Established industry network and relationships across the Queensland property market.
n
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
