As a leading payroll provider in the recruitment industry, they are seeking a talented mid-senior level payroll officer to join the team.
About the role
End-to-end contractor payroll for a high-volume client base
Superannuation, legislative and statutory compliance obligations
Contractor and employee onboarding
Responding to client and contractor queries on timesheets and payroll
Supporting the Implementation team with client go-lives
Documenting and improving processes as the team scales
Contributing to sales support - quotes, proposals and presentations as needed
What they're looking for
Experience with Foundu or Fast Track is highly regarded - KeyPay or Astute is also well regarded




Exposure to UK payroll is an advantage
3+ years of payroll experience, ideally within an outsourced or recruitment payroll environment
A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
A genuine customer service mindset - clients will rely on you
Solid understanding of contractor payroll, Modern Awards and EBAs
