TSPV/PA - Cleared Operations Coordinator Team Lead (Onsite - ACT / SA)
n
Lead the day-to-day coordination of critical operational services in a secure, high-tempo setting. This role is suited to an experienced Operations Coordinator or Team Lead with strong service availability, incident analysis, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills. Full-time onsite attendance is required.

n Work Arrangement: Onsite
n Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options
n
Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV/TSPA clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. Essential Tasks

Coordinate day-to-day operations and help maintain availability of critical services and components
n
Investigate service outages and security incidents,



identifying criticality and recommending remedial actions
n
Coordinate senior leadership priorities, schedules, information flow, and resources across teams
n
Engage stakeholders, communicate recommendations, and support alignment across operational activities
n
n
Key Criteria
n
n
Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level reports, briefs, and communications
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, including influencing senior stakeholders
n
Ability to manage competing priorities, team objectives, and operational demands
n
Strong investigative and analytical skills across service availability and operational incidents
n
