We are an established residential real estate agency looking for apart time or full timeproperty management assistant to join our team.
The successful applicant will be supported by a senior property manager and will betrained inour processes and database.
The Duties include, but are not limited to, are:
Preparing rental advertisements
Managing inspections of properties – routine, end of lease and open houses
Completing property condition reports and updating reports
Negotiating maintenance with tenants and landlords and organsing with tradespeople
We are looking for someone who can provide the following:
Ability to communicate with clients offering excellent customer service skills
Excellent prioritising and time management skills
Fantastic initiative
The applicant must hold a current drivers licence and Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential.
HOURS AND DAYS CAN BE NEGOTIATED
