About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and supporting our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email and online enquiries.
n
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
n
Coordinate deliveries and liaise with transport providers.
n
Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing and availability.
n
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.




n
Maintain accurate customer records within company systems.
n
Work closely with sales, production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
n
Assist with general administrative duties as required.

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a customer service, administration or sales support role.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
n
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
n
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude.
n
Experience within construction, manufacturing or building products industries will be highly regarded.
n
Basic ability to read and understand construction drawings is an advantage
