Job Description
Busy Bees at Bayswater North is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director (2IC) to support the Centre Director and lead a team of educators.
This full time fixed-term maternity leave cover focuses on daily operations, mentoring staff, and delivering a high-quality learning environment in line with EYLF and NQS.
You will step into the Centre Director role when required, build strong partnerships with families, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to curriculum planning.
