Mimosa Homes is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our in office team in Melbourne. This role coordinates the administration process for customers throughout the build and communicates progress to clients on a regular basis.

Applicants should have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A construction background and familiarity with Companion software are a plus.
