Job Description
Boodles Concrete is seeking an experienced Cement Tanker Driver to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Cement Tanker Driver, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our road transport business, delivering cement and concrete products to our valued customers across the region. This is a full time position based in our Brisbane depot.

What you'll be doing
n
Safely operate and manoeuvre semi cement tanker vehicles to deliver products to our concrete batch Plants and other customer locations
n
Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and safety protocols to ensure the safe transportation of hazardous materials
n
Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including quantity, destination, and any issues encountered
n
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
n
Assist with loading and unloading of cement and concrete products as required
n
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and responding promptly to their needs
n
Roster is 5 days a week 4 nights away - driver will be required to stay in the truck during the roster period.
n
Must be CS Energy inducted at Callide power station.

What we're looking for
n




Hold a valid Heavy Combination (MC) driver's licence
n
Minimum 2 years' experience driving cement or similar bulk pneumatic tanker vehicles
n
Strong knowledge of road transport regulations and safety procedures for handling hazardous materials
n
Excellent driving skills and a proven record of safe driving
n
Good problem-solving abilities and the initiative to identify and address issues
n
Effective communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Australian citizenship is required for this position
