What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm, courteous and professional manner
n
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
n
Performing general office duties, including managing mail, scanning and photocopying
n
Assisting with administrative tasks and providing support to the team as required
n
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
n
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
n

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail
n
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management abilities
n




Is proficient in using standard office equipment and software, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook
n
Has previous administration or reception experience (preferred, but not essential)
n
Has a friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
n
Is reliable, well presented and takes pride in their work
n
Holds a current driver's licence and has access to their own vehicle
n
Has permanent Australian working rights
