Key responsibilities
n

Guide retail and builder account clients through the kitchen and laundry design and selection process
n
Conduct onsite measurements to support accurate design work
n
Create and present 3D designs using design software
n
Manage sales accountability alongside the design and administration side of the role
n
Liaise closely with the in-house installation team to ensure quality, on-spec outcomes
n
Maintain accurate customer and order records in Pronto XI
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven experience in kitchen (and ideally laundry) design, with a sales or retail consultative background
n
Hands-on experience with 3D kitchen design software
n
Confidence taking accurate onsite measurements
n
Experience working to sales targets in a showroom or retail environment
n
Comfortable balancing creative design work with sales targets and admin accuracy
n
Solid client-facing manner — confident guiding both retail customers and trade/builder accounts
n
Collaborative: works closely with the Kitchen Design Manager, installers, and warehouse teams
n
Reliable attendance and adherence to BDW's standard workplace conduct expectations
n
ERP/CRM system experience is a plus (Pronto XI)
