BA Aviation specialises in delivering tailored consultancy and operational services across aviation environments, including Aerodrome Reporting Officer / Work safety Officer (ARO / WSO) duties, Wildlife Hazard Management, and Airport Environmental Planning. About the opportunity

We are seeking applications from experienced Aerodrome Reporting Officers / Work Safety Officers (ARO/WSO) with a passion for aviation safety for opportunities in various locations throughout the RAAF Williamstown Area
n
We have Casual and Full time positions available.
n
The ARO/WSO roles will offer an opportunity to apply and further develop your skills in a dynamic environment. Internal training and support will be provided to ensure your success.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:
n
n




Perform ARO/WRO duties in accordance with CASA regulations and standards.
n
Collect and maintain accurate data on wildlife activity
n
Compliance with company and client SOP's
n
Perform Works safety Officer duties ensuring safe airport operations at all times.
n
Upholding high standards of ethics, safety, and operational excellence
n
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC)
n
Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or ability to obtain one.
n
A solid understanding of wildlife behaviour and its implications for aviation safety
n
A General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
n
Current Drivers Licence (Manual preferred)
n
Authority to drive airside (ADA) Darwin Airport
